Trakcja's supervisory board has appointed board member Andrzej Kozera as its new chairman, after Artur Szumisz resigned from his position as CEO. Szumisz had been Trakcja's CEO since October 2022. As stated in the filing, the reason for his resignation is the fulfilment of his mission and new career plans.

Trakcja PRKiI SA, formerly Trakcja SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the rail transport infrastructure construction. The Companyâs main business consists of modernization of the rail and tram tracks, including inter alia the earth works related to construction of the roadbed and reconstruction of the engineering objects; construction and modernization of the traction networks and their power supply; construction of power engineering systems and remote control systems for traction power supply, and the cubature construction for railway infrastructure including traction substation buildings.
