Transcendent Group is ranked as Sweden's 10th best workplace on Great Place to Work Sweden's annual top list in the medium-sized companies’ category. This is the 10th time in the last 11 years that Transcendent Group has been ranked as one of Sweden's best places to work. Transcendent Group is also the highest ranked company of all medium-sized companies listed on any of Nasdaq Stockholm's marketplaces.

“During the previous year, we fought hard to further strengthen Transcendent Group's unique culture. It makes me proud that we are performing so well in another challenging year. Just like 2020, 2021 was strongly affected by the pandemic, which meant a great deal of work from home, and a turbulent market. Employees who thrive and enjoy their workplace also perform well, which means that Transcendent Group always delivers great value to its customers. This ranking is proof that we are doing the right thing as an employer, which is extremely important for us as a value-driven company in these turbulent times,” said Martin Bohlin, CEO of Transcendent Group Sweden.

Great Place to Work helps companies evaluate and develop their workplace culture through employee surveys and cultural evaluations. Credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie are some of the dimensions evaluated. The organizations that are ranked highest by their employees end up on the top list of Sweden's best workplaces. Transcendent Group competed in the category of medium-sized companies (50 - 249 employees).
