In connection with the due diligence carried out in preparation for the recommended public takeover offer from FCG Holding Sverige AB ("FCG") to the shareholders of Transcendent Group AB (publ) ("Transcendent Group"), Transcendent Group has provided the group's forecast for 2022 regarding total revenue and profit to FCG. Transcendent Group hereby discloses this information.
For the full year 2022, Transcendent Group has predicted that the group's total revenues will amount to approximately SEK 242 million, which corresponds to a growth of 10% compared to the full year 2021. Similarly, operating profit (EBIT) is expected to amount to approximately SEK 22 million, which corresponds to an increase of approximately 14% compared to the full year 2021, while profit before tax (EBT) is expected to approximately SEK 21 million, which corresponds to an increase of approximately 18% compared to the full year 2021.
In connection with the disclosure of information regarding total revenues and profits, Transcendent Group has also shared the assessment that liquidity for the group will be strengthened and the group's cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2022 are estimated to amount to approximately SEK 43 million.
The assessments do not include any assumption of capital gains/losses or acquisitions/disposals.
