Amendment of Financial Calendar 2024
Trastor R.E.I.C. (the "Company"), announces the Amended Financial Calendar for the year 2024 in accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook:
28 March 2024 | FY 2023 Financial Results Announcement |
17 May 2024 | Annual General Meeting of Shareholders |
05 July 2024 | FY 2023 Ex-dividend date |
08 July 2024 | FY 2023 Dividend beneficiaries - Record date |
12 July 2024 | FY 2023 Dividend payment commencement date |
27 September 2024 | H1 2024 Financial Results Announcement |
The Board of Directors of the Company will recommend the distribution of dividend for the Financial Year 2023.
The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend distribution, are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Company reserves the right to amend any or all the above dates, following a relevant and timely notification.
