TraWell Co obtains EUR 1.05 million from Simest in funding for international development

Milan, 26 April 2021. TraWell Co S.p.A., (AIM Italia, ticker: TWL), the world leader in baggage protection and tracking services for airport passengers, announced that, in April 2021, the Company obtained the resolution of two separate loans from Simest for a total of € 1.05 million, structured as follows:

• Facilitated financing for the development of e‐commerce abroad for a total of 450K€;
• Facilitated financing for the capitalisation of exporting companies totalling 600K€.

Both loans, which are in the process of disbursement, have a non‐repayable component of 40% (amounting to EUR 420,000) while the remaining 60% will be repaid to the lending institution.
