True Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to notify that True Digital Group Company Limited ("TDG"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company Group, has established a new subsidiary in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, details of which are as follows;

Name of company	: True Digital Vietnam Joint Stock Company
Type of business	: Data Analytics and Digital Solutions (Internet of Things "IoT")
Registered and paid-up capital	: Vietnam Dong VND 4,649,600,000
	divided into 464,960 ordinary shares
	at a par value of Vietnam Dong 10,000 each
Shareholder structure	: TDG holds 464,950 shares, representing 99.998 %
	of total issued shares
Total investment	: Vietnam Dong VND 4,649,600,000 or approximately
	Baht 6,323,456
	(calculated from the Bank of Thailand's exchange rate
	as at 24th August 2020, 1 VND = 0.00136 Baht)
Source of fund	: Working capital of TDG

This transaction is not regarded as a connected transaction and a transaction size is not considered as a major acquisition of assets according to the regulations of the Capital Market Supervisory Board and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
