Appify Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received ¥520 million in a round of funding on October 31, 2022. The transaction included participation from ANRI, TSI Holdings Co.,Ltd., R6B INC. and angel investors. The company issued J-KISS type stock acquisition rights in the transaction.
The company raised the funds through third-party allotment method.
TSI Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the apparel related business and other business.
