TSI Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3608) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 5,000,000 shares, representing 5.83% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥2,000 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to implement agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and to implement the shareholder return policy.
The repurchase program is valid till September 29, 2023. As of January 13, 2022, the company has 85,795,980 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and has 9,987,313 shares in treasury.
