APPOINTMENT OF

COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of

Ms. Fadzayi Pedzisayi as Company Secretary and Head of

Legal & Compliance effecve 1 March 2022.

Fadzayi is a registered legal praconer with experience in legal, compliance, risk management and corporate governance. Prior to joining the TSL group, she served as Company Secretary for Financial Securies Exchange (Private) Limited where she gained significant exposure to the financial and capital markets on the African connent.

She is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Economics and Law) from Rhodes University, and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Markets from the University of Johannesburg.

The Board of Directors, Management, and Staff warmly welcome Fadzayi to the team and wish her success in the new role.
