From January 1, 2024 to March 22, 2024, the company has repurchased 176,200 shares, representing 0.41% for ¥246.4 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 622,300 shares, representing 1.45% for ¥799.95 million under the buyback announced on May 12, 2023.
Tsukishima Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Tsukishima Kikai Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the water environment business. The Company operates in two segments. The Water Environment segment is engaged in the design and construction of sludge disposal treatment plants for water filter and sewage treatment plants; the design, manufacture and sale of singular machineries; the operation, maintenance, management and repair of water filters and sewage treatment plants, as well as the digestion gas power generation project at a sewage treatment plant. The Industrial segment is engaged in the design and construction of plants for chemicals, steel, foods, liquid waste disposal and solid waste disposal; the design, manufacture and sale of crystallizers, filters, dryers, separators and among others. The other business is engaged in the printing and binding of large drawings, various documents, and the management and rental of office buildings and parking lots.
