X2Fuels and Energy Private Limited announced that it will raise 10,753 shares at a price of INR 5,719 for a gross proceeds of not more than INR 61.5 million on November 25, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Tube Investments of India Limited for a 50% stake to be acquired post completion of the transaction.
