Turism Hoteluri Restaurante Marea Neagra SA (THR Marea Neagra SA) is a Romania-based company engaged in the tourism sector. The Company provides tourism services in the Black Sea resorts of Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, Venus, Saturn and Neptun. THR Marea Neagra SA offers various types of accommodation and food services. It administrates 34 accommodation and 29 foodservice units. The accommodation units offer over 12,000 places. The services provided by the Company are completed by the health and treatment offers in spa centers situated in Saturn, within the residential three-star hotels Balada, Hora and Sirena. THR Marea Neagra SA also offers recreation packages through its Aqua Park Balada and Aqua Park Cleopatra. As of December 31, 2011, SIF Transilvania SA held a 77.71% stake in the Company.
