UkrSybbank PAT is a Ukraine-based financial institution, which is involved in the provision of banking and financial services. The Company's activities are focused on corporate, individual, small and medium sized business (SME) and investment banking. Corporate banking offers current accounts, deposits, overdrafts, card accounts, loan and other credit facilities, foreign currency and trading finance products. Individual banking provides individual clients and private entrepreneurs such services and products as current accounts, cash and settlements, cards, deposit solutions, as well as credits. Investment banking offers organization of issue and placement of securities, transactions with notes, trade in securities, security custodian services, asset management and analytical support of clients, among others. The Company's major shareholder is BNP Paribas with a stake of 84.99%.
