Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTCPK:UCHC) announced a private placement of convertible promissory notes with new investor Asher Enterprises for gross proceeds of $423,000 on May 23, 2011. The note is convertible into common stock of the company. On June 25, 2012, Uni Core Holdings Corporation closed the transaction.
