'First Period' Gift Set to Help Girls Navigate Their First Menstruation
Exclusive Online Release of '7 DAYS GIFT for teens'
Unicharm Corporation (CEO & President: Mr. Takahisa Takahara) has released the '7 DAYS GIFT for teens' gift set from the menstrual product brand "Sofy" in celebration of International Day of the Girl on October 11th. This exclusive release will be available only at the Unicharm Direct Shop (online store).

'7 DAYS GIFT for teens'
"Sofy" has been striving to create a society where as many women as possible can live as they wish, and has been promoting the "#NoBagForMe" project since June 2019. In 2020, they launched the "Menstruation Training for Everyone" program, which has been conducted in approximately 400 companies and organizations. Participants of this training have expressed impressions such as "I was surprised to learn about the various types of menstrual pads" and "I realized the need to have a thorough discussion with my daughter who will soon experience menstruation." Additionally, there have been suggestions along the lines of "It would be reassuring to have a beginner's kit recommended by a specialized manufacturer who knows everything about menstruation."
Therefore, in commemoration of the International Day of the Girl on October 11th, "Sofy" brand will be exclusively releasing the '7 DAYS GIFT for teens' gift set at the Unicharm Direct Shop (online store).
We will deliver a set of six types of menstrual products, which can be used according to the individual's lifestyle and menstrual condition, in a special designed box that is perfect for girls experiencing their first menstruation.

On October 6, 2023, in conjunction with the International Day of the Girl on October 11th, we held the "Menstruation Class for Parent and Child" as part of the curriculum, '7 DAYS GIFT for teens' set where participants had the opportunity to physically see and experience the '7 DAYS GIFT for teens' set.

However, by participating in the "Menstruation Class for Parent and Child" with my daughter, I had the opportunity to learn about menstruation and have important conversations.
