Uniti Group Limited announced on 29 June 2022 relating to the Uniti Board's determination to pay a fully franked permitted dividend of $0.105 per Uniti Share. Uniti advises that the Permitted Dividend Record Date has been amended and will now 25 July 2022. There has been no change to the expected payment date of 4 August 2022.

Its services include a value-added software as a service data analytics and call tracking application, as well as the leasing of phone words on these numbers. It is also engaged in retailing telecommunications products and services to end users, operating the retail business as a functionally separated business.
