United Recommend International Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 837.58 million compared to TWD 819.47 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 11 million compared to TWD 46.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.22 compared to TWD 0.94 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.22 compared to TWD 0.94 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,571.4 million compared to TWD 2,342.49 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 105.4 million compared to TWD 134.83 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.13 compared to TWD 2.73 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.13 compared to TWD 2.73 a year ago.

The Company is mainly engaged in the wholesale and retail of fabrics, clothing, shoes, hats, umbrellas and apparel, as well as the operation of non-store retail business. The main e-commerce brands include YuYu Active, Mouggan, WEAR to EAT, Chenn Chenn and An'Q. The Company is also engaged in the design, development, manufacture, processing and trading of printed circuit boards. The main products are flexible printed circuit boards. The Company distributes its products principally in Taiwan and other Asia markets.
