As of July 14, 2022, Rodney C. Favaron has resigned as President of Upland Software, Inc., effective August 31, 2022. John T. (Jack) McDonald, the Company's Chair and Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the Company's President, effective August 31, 2022. Mr. Favaron is entering into an advisory agreement with the Company pursuant to which he will serve as a strategic advisor to the Company through September 30, 2022.
