Tanoto Sau Ian Resigns as Chief Executive Officer of USP Group Limited

USP Group Limited announced that Mr. Tanoto Sau Ian ("Mr Tanoto") resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 December 2023. He was responsible for the Group's overall management, formulating the Group's strategic directions and expansion plans, and overseeing the Group's general operations. He also held directorship of Supratechnic Pte Ltd. Supratechnic (M) Sdn Bhd Koon Cheng Development Pte Ltd. Biofuel Research Pte Ltd. Scientific & Industrial Instrumentation Pte Ltd. SII Scientific Pte Ltd. USPP Woodlands Pte Ltd. USP Industrial Pte Ltd. USPI Investment Pte Ltd. USP Properties Pte Ltd. BOS Marine Pte Ltd. BOS Marine (M) Sdn Bhd SII (M) Sdn Bhd PT.

Supratechnic Instrumentasi Indonesia Semangat Hitech Sdn Bhd. He resigned to pursue personal interests.
