USP Group Limited Announces Resignation of Zhan Aijuan as Company Secretary, Effective 17 April 2024

USP Group Limited announced that Ms Zhan Aijuan has resigned as Company Secretary, to take effect on 17 April 2024. Following the resignation of Ms Zhan Aijuan as Company Secretary, the office of Company Secretary will be vacant. The Company will appoint a suitable replacement as soon as practicable and in any event, within the period of six months as prescribed under the Companies Act.
