Conduct with regard to ÜSTRA in accordance with § 22 (2) WpHG old version (as amended on January 1, 2002) and § 34 (2) of the WpHG in principle, which is why the voting rights of the direct shareholding of the Region of the LHH and the voting rights of the allocated shareholdings of the LHH of the Region be attributed.
