V-cube, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masaya Takada, hereinafter "V- cube") is pleased to announce the renewal of its owned media "Telework Navi" and the launch of "V- cube's Hataraku Kenkyuubu (Working Research Department) " on October 30, 2023, which will provide information to expand "working" possibilities.

With the COVID-19 pandemic drawing attention to telework initiatives, we will provide content related to information on new ways of working using IT tools.

• Background of the renewal and the opening of "V-cube's Hataraku Kenkyuubu (Working Research Department)"
  "Provide Even Opportunity to Everybody" is V-cube's mission, and we are working to eliminate various inequalities of opportunity caused by time and distance constraints by creating an environment where people can communicate "anytime" and "anywhere". By reducing the time and distance of communication between people meeting through visual communication, we aim to solve social issues such as the declining birthrate, aging society, long working hours, and educational and medical disparities, and to realize a society where all people have equal access to opportunities.

Since our founding in 1998, we have been exploring ways of working that utilize telework and hybrid work. As a solution provider in the field of visual communication, we have supported the introduction of telework and work style reforms in many companies. Particularly since 2020, our

support for web conferencing and online events, as well as the provision of private booths for companies, has led to the accumulation of solutions and know-how to realize diverse ways of working.

By sharing the knowledge and expertise gained through these experiences through "V-cube's Hataraku Kenkyuubu (Working Research Department)," we hope to contribute to the reform of work styles in Japan by expanding the options for working at more companies.
