V-cube, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku Tokyo, President and CEO: Naoaki Mashita, hereinafter "V-cube") in cooperation with Telecube Services Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshihiro Oyamada; hereinafter "Telecube Services") will launch the "Telecube Corporate Flat-rate Plan for Public Spaces" from March 2022. This is a service in which a company contracts with Telecube Services to provide its employees with fixed monthly fees to use "Telecube", a soundproof private booth for public spaces. Telecube Services has expanded its lineup of flat-rate plan for corporate customers, which are available from 30,000 yen per month (excluding tax).

As teleworking becomes more prevalent and the working styles change dramatically in terms of workplaces and communication, a third place that is neither an office nor a home is becoming increasingly important. According to the "Closed Third Place Survey" (conducted by V-cube in March 2022 /https://jp.vcube.com/news/release/20220324-1530.html), the requirements from many respondents for a third place to work are "private room", "to make phone calls and conduct web conferencing".

"Telecube", a soundproof private booth that meets these requirements, allows work such as document preparation, e-mail, and communication via telephone or web conferencing in a quiet, secure environment and can be easily installed in various locations. The expansion is underway in the Kanto region centered on Tokyo, the Kansai region including Osaka and Hyogo prefectures, and Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.

In response to the changing work styles and the increasing demand for a private room-type third place, V-cube and Telecube Services have been studying plans that are beneficial to both companies and businessperson in order to create a more user-friendly environment for more than 200 soundproof private booths "Telecube" for public spaces. We have decided to launch the "Telecube Corporate Flat rate Plan for Public Spaces" which solves the problems of "not being able to foresee how much employees will use" and "the burden of dealing with individual reimbursement," and can also accommodate changes in work styles.

In addition, customers who have already installed "Telecube" in their offices via V-cube or who install "Telecube" in their offices at the same time as signing up for the "Telecube Corporate Flat-rate Plan for Public Spaces" will receive 5 hours of monthly usage time free of charge for 6 months from the month the contract begins.

V-cube and Telecube Services will continue to contribute to the creation of better telework environments and the establishment of new work styles.
