VIS Associates Inc. announced a private placement of 47,000 common shares at a price of $1,000 per share for gross proceeds of $47,000,000 on September 15, 2022. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation. The investor will continue to retain its 100% stake in the company.
The transaction was approved by board of directors of the investor.
