VeriSign, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 351.9 million compared to USD 329.4 million a year ago. Net income was USD 167.3 million compared to USD 147.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.54 compared to USD 1.31 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.54 compared to USD 1.31 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 698.8 million compared to USD 653 million a year ago. Net income was USD 324.8 million compared to USD 298.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.97 compared to USD 2.64 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.96 compared to USD 2.64 a year ago.
