("COMPANY"; B3:LLIS3), COMPANY IN THE HIGH-END CLOTHES AND ACCESSORIES SEGMENT IN BRAZIL, HEREBY SUBMITS ITS RESULTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021 (1Q21), PURSUANT TO THE INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS (IFRS). THE COMPARISONS REFER TO THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2020 (1Q20), OR AS STATED.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • 156% INCREASE OF DIGITAL SALES IN THE 1Q21, IN COMPARISON WITH 1Q20, WITH A RECORD SALES REVENUE OF BRL 35 MILLION IN THE QUARTER, REPRESENTING 24% OF THE SALES OF THE B2C CHAN- NEL. MODALITIES SUCH AS WHATSAPP SALES IN 100% OF THE STORES, SALESPERSON COUPON AND INFINITE SHELF, PLUS THE EVOLUTIONS IN THE OPERATIONAL INDICATORS, LEVERAGED THE RESULT
  • EMPHASIS ON THE MONTH OF MARCH 2021, WHEN THE PHYSICAL STORES WERE UNDER MORE STRINGENT RESTRICTIONS TO OPERATE AND THE DIGITAL MODALITIES EARNED BRL 17.4 MILLION, REPRESENTING 55.6% OF THE B2C SALES, EXCEEDING BY 631% MARCH 2020 AND BY 1632% MARCH
  • 183% INCREASE IN THE OMNICHANNEL SALES, REPRESENTING BRL 18.2 MILLION, 51% OF THE DIGI- TAL B2C SALES, VERSUS 46% IN 1Q20
  • DIGITAL B2B SALES REPRESENTED BRL 10.3 MILLION, 23% OF THE TOTAL SALES IN THE B2B CHAN- NEL, WITH A 111% INCREASE IN COMPARISON WITH THE PREVIOUS QUARTER (4Q20)
  • EVEN WITH AN AVERAGE OPERATING TIME OF PHYSICAL STORES OF 67% IN THE QUARTER DUE TO RESTRICTIONS (19% LOWER THAN IN 1Q20), SAME STORE SALES B2C WAS -16.7%, WITH EMPHASIS ON THE OPERATIONAL INDICATORS OF CONVERSION OF SALES (+ 15%) AND PARTS PER SERVICE (+ 10%)
  • PROGRESS IN RELEVANT INDICATORS OF THE DIGITAL OPERATION: 98% OF THE ORDERS DELIV- ERED IN TIME AND DECREASE OF THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME IN ALL MODALITIES (SUPER EXPRESS, EXPRESS AND STANDARD /ECONOMIC), WITH A COMPETITIVE AVERAGE SHIPPING COST
  • EARNING OF THE RA 1000 SEAL, THE MAXIMUM LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOR THE LE LIS BLANC BRAND, WITH BRAND DUDALINA AND OUTLET ESTOQUE ALREADY HAVING BEEN GIVEN SAID SEAL
  • EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF THE COLLECTIONS, WHICH GENERATED A DECREASE OF BRL 95 MIL- LION IN STOCK COMPARED TO THE SAME PERIOD OF 2020, REPRESENTING A 25% DECREASE
  • EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF SG&A WITH A 19% DECREASE VERSUS 1Q20, PROPORTIONATE TO THE DROP IN THE CONSOLIDATED SALES REVENUE

RESULTS

THE BEGINNING OF 2021 WAS MARKED BY THE INSTABILITY GENERATED BY THE SECOND AND MORE SEVERE WAVE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

DESPITE THE FACT, THE LEARNING OF 2020 AND THE STRUCTURING ACTIONS ADOPTED SINCE 4Q19 HAVE LEFT US BETTER PREPARED TO FACE THIS NEW MOMENT. THUS, WE CONTINUE TO MAKE EFFECTIVE PROGRESS IN STRUCTURING MEASURES, WHICH HAVE BEEN - AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE - FUNDAMENTAL IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONSISTENT AND LASTING RESULTS, AS WELL AS MITIGATING THE IMPACTS OF THE CRISIS IN THE QUARTER.

THIS WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE DEDICATION AND ATTITUDE OF OUR ENTIRE TEAM. WE WILL REMAIN TOGETHER AND COMMITTED TO OFFERING PRODUCTS AND EXPERIENCES OF EXCELLENCE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

THE PERFORMANCE IN THE SECOND QUARTER, AFTER THE REDUCTION OF RESTRICTIONS ON THE OPERA- TION, MOTIVATES US AS TO THE POTENTIAL TO RETURN TO NORMALITY, TO GROWTH AND TO THE IMPROVEMENT IN OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL INDICATORS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THIS YEAR.

CHANNEL

INTEGRATION

THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN THE PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL CHANNELS IS INCREASINGLY MORE ADVANCED. THE DIGITAL SALES BROKE A HISTORIC RECORD AND ACHIEVED THE HIGHEST QUARTERLY LEVEL OF SALES OF THE COMPANY IN SUCH MODALITY. BRL 36 MILLION WERE SOLD IN 1Q21 VERSUS BRL 14 MILLION IN 1Q20, A 156% INCREASE, REPRESENTING 24% OF THE SALES IN THE B2C CHANNEL.
