No Vianini Lavori Shareholder has exercised the right of withdrawal

Roma, November 11th 2015 - Vianini Lavori S.p.A. (The Company), with regard to the amendments of the By-laws approved on October 22, 2015, announces that, on November 7, was the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal given, pursuant with Article 2437, paragraph 1, lett. (g) of the civil code, to the Company Shareholders who did not take part (as absent, abstaining or dissenting) to the approval of the amendments of the By-laws and that, to date, the Company has not received any communication for exercising the right of withdrawal from Entitled Shareholders.
