ISSUE PRICE OF NEW SHARES FOR SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME___
Vibrant Group Limited (the Company) wishes to announce that for the application of the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the Scheme) to the first and final dividend of 0.55 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 April 2015 (the Dividends), the price at which each new ordinary share will be issued is
6.75 cents.
The issued price is at a discount of 10% to the average of the last dealt prices of the Company's share for each of the market days during the price determination period commencing on 24 August 2015 (the Ex-dividend Date) and ending on 26 August 2015 (the Books Closure Date). Entitlements to the Dividends were based on the shares held by the shareholders of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date.
Shareholders are advised to take note of the following important dates and events:-
