Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited entered into Share Purchase agreement to acquire P H Diagnostic Centre Private Limited for INR 1.3 billion.

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited (NSEI:VIJAYA) entered into Share Purchase agreement to acquire P H Diagnostic Centre Private Limited for INR 1.3 billion on December 19, 2023. The del has been approved by board of directors of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. As of FY 2022-23, P H Diagnostic Centre reported turnover of approximately INR 420 million.

The deal is expected to be completed in approximately one month, subject to the completion of Conditions Precedent and other closing actions as per the SPA.
