It is also engaged in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) segment, in which it includes FMCG products, aluminum foils, processed food products, cashews-processing units, as well as engaged in dealing of raw and finished cashew nuts and dry fruits. Its segments include Real estate Division, Trading & Manufacturing Division-Agro, Trading & Manufacturing Division-Polymers and Trading Division-Infrastructure. It has two subsidiaries, Genesis Gas Solutions Private Limited and Shashi Beriwal Private Limited. Genesis Gas Solutions Private Limited develops smart products, including smart gas meters and power distribution solutions.
