Vimta Labs Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 734.09 million compared to INR 798.54 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 754.45 million compared to INR 806.16 million a year ago. Net income was INR 63.28 million compared to INR 132.11 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.85 compared to INR 5.97 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.83 compared to INR 5.85 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 1,568.94 million compared to INR 1,589.86 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 1,595.18 million compared to INR 1,606.39 million a year ago. Net income was INR 185.26 million compared to INR 252.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 8.36 compared to INR 11.42 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 8.23 compared to INR 11.19 a year ago.
