Please be informed that CRISIL has assigned its CRISIL AAA/Stable rating to Virescent Renewable Energy Trust ("VRET") on the INR 50 crores Non-Convertible Debt Securities ("NCDs") proposed to be issued by VRET and also reaffirmed its 'CRISIL AAA/Stable' rating on the INR 1,000 crore and INR 650 crore worth of NCDs of VRET.
