Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund announced the declaration of monthly distributions of $0.06 per common share, payable on the dates noted below. Based on the Fund's current share price of $6.13 and net asset value per share of $6.10 (as of close on January 25, 2022), the distributions represent an annualized distribution rate of 11.75% and 11.80%, respectively. Ex-distribution dates are February 7, 2022, March 7, 2022 and April 8, 2022. Record dates are February 8, 2022, March 8, 2022 and April 11, 2022.
The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2022, March 18, 2022 and April 22, 2022.
