Viskase would like to recognize and congratulate James McFatridge on his dedication and loyalty to the company. Since 1976, when he joined Union Carbide, James has been an integral part of the Osceola plant development. As one of the first Osceola plant employees, James worked from a trailer on the property while the plant was constructed. For 45 years he has taught maintenance classes and trained new employees. His hard work and dedication has never gone unnoticed, and his 5:00 am arrivals on Saturday mornings to ensure the plant is ready to run are a true reflection of his work ethics and encompass all five of the Viskase Values: Integrity and Trust, Collaboration & Teamwork, Customer Focus, Commitment to Excellence and Sustainability.
