Goosehead Insurance, Inc (NasdaqGS:GSHD) entered into a letter of intent to acquire Insurance Book of Vivint Smart Home, Inc. for $5.5 million on April 24, 2023. Goosehead executed an agreement to acquire Insurance Book of Vivint Smart Home, Inc. on May 11, 2023. Goosehead will acquire more than 15,000 policies.

Tom Fritsch, Nate Christensen and JillAllison Opell of Foley & Lardner LLP acted as legal advisor to Goosehead Insurance, Inc.
