UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA FOR

THE THREE MONTHS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2020

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Vobile Group Limited (the ''Company'') together with its subsidiaries, (the ''Group'') wishes to announce certain unaudited operating data of the Group for the three months ended December 31, 2020 as follows:

The total recurring revenue for the SaaS business of the Group for the three months ended December 31, 2020 was approximately 238% of the same period in 2019. The average monthly view count of the content managed by the Rights ID business was 41.9 billion per month for the three months ended December 31, 2020, representing an increase of approximately 20% from the same period in 2019. The Group accelerated the expansion of its business in China and has made a number of significant progresses. The Board is confident in the long-term prospects of the businesses of the Group.
