SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF RIGHTS ID BUSINESS IN JAPAN

This announcement is made by Vobile Group Limited (the ''Company'') together with its subsidiaries, (the ''Group'') on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of the Company is pleased to announce that the Japanese subsidiary of the Company, has signed Rights ID business collaboration agreements with NexTone Inc, AVEX Group, Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation (YTV) and the Japan Performing Arts Foundation (NBS) to provide audio-visual content online copyright management and monetization services.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
