VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

TECHNOLOGY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This announcement is made by Vobile Group Limited (the ''Company'') together with its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of the Company is pleased to announce that a subsidiary of the Company has signed a long-term technology service agreement with a subsidiary of Kuaishou Technology (''Kuaishou'') to provide audiovisual content identification technology service through VDNA content identification API to enhance copyright management for rapid business expansion.

Kuaishou's class B shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 1024). Kuaishou mainly engaged in the operation of content communities and social platforms by providing live streaming services, online marketing services and other services.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
