Volatus Aerospace Corp. agreed to acquire a remaining minority stake in Volatus Unmanned Services Inc.for CAD 2.4 million

Volatus Aerospace Corp. (TSXV:VOL) agreed to acquire a remaining 34% minority stake in Volatus Unmanned Services Inc.for CAD 2.4 million on August 9, 2023. Under the terms of the agreements with eight minority shareholders, the total purchase price of all minority shares is C$2,399,339.00.

This amount will be paid in the form of newly issued common shares of Volatus Aerospace Corp. A total of 7,270,724 VOL shares will be issued at a share price of $0.33. The transaction is expected to close on or before 30th, August 2023 and is subject to any applicable regulatory approvals.
