Aureum Realwert AG cancelled the acquisition of minority stake in VPE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG (DB:P0E) from Lars Ewaldsen.

Aureum Realwert AG signed a letter of intent to acquire minority stake in VPE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG (DB:P0E) from Lars Ewaldsen on November 29, 2016. As per the terms of the cooperation agreement, Aureum Realwert AG will acquire stake in VPE Wertpapierhandelsbank from Lars Ewaldsen and will conduct a non-cash capital increase in exchange for granting new shares of Aureum Realwert AG. The agreement for the shares is subject to the approval of the regulatory authority BaFin. Supervisory board of Aureum Realwert AG refused to approve agreement with Lars Ewaldsen. Aureum Realwert AG cancelled the acquisition of minority stake in VPE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG (DB:P0E) from Lars Ewaldsen on December 9, 2016.
