Public stock VSMPO AVISMA : VSMPO-AVISMA and Barnes Extend Long Term Supply Agreement

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation (VSMPO) announced that it has agreed with Barnes Aerospace (Barnes) to an amendment of their existing long term contract for titanium mill products, providing for an extension of the contract term through the end of December, 2026, with an approximate value of $35M.

Under the terms of the amended contract, VSMPO will continue to provide Barnes with an agreed range of alloys and sizes of titanium mill products in support of their commercial aircraft manufacturing programs.

"This contract extension is reflective of the long term relationship between VSMPO and Barnes Aerospace" according to Dmitry Osipov, General Director of VSMPO. "We are honored to have the opportunity to continue to supply our products and we look forward to supporting and partnering with them through this time of recovery in the commercial aerospace industry".

VSMPO will provide sales and service support of these contracts, including logistics, cutting, and just-in-time delivery services through its sales and distribution network locations in the United States.
