VTB Bank (public joint-stock company) (LSE:VTBR) has no plans to sell Public joint-stock company Vozrozhdenie Bank (MISX: VZRZ), VTB's Chief Executive Officer, Andrei Kostin told reporters. “No, the bank will remain in the group," Kostin said. Media reported earlier citing sources that Vozrozhdenie Bank may go under control of Post Bank or the Moscow Region government.
VTB Bank holds 96.3% stake in Vozrozhdenie Bank.
