Wan Leader International Limited Appoints Chow Ming Po Aaron as INED, Member of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee

Wan Leader International Limited announced that, with effect from 24 June 2019, Mr. Chow Ming Po Aaron has been appointed as an INED, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Chow currently serves as the legal adviser for the Hong Kong Pui Ching Alumni Association Limited and an honorary legal adviser for the Hong Kong Chinese Civil Servants' Association.
