The Superior Lake Zinc and Copper Project is located in the province of Ontario and consists of over two deposits, Pick Lake and Winston Lake. The Superior Lake Zinc and Copper Project is located approximately 200 kilometers (kms) east of Thunder Bay in the province of Ontario, Canada. The Waroona Renewable Energy Project is a solar development project located 120 km south of Perth in Western Australia (WA). The Project comprises of over 300 hectares. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is Pick Lake Mining Limited.
