Two Webster Bankers Take Leadership Responsibilities in Community

WATERBURY, Conn., April 15, 2015 - Webster Bankannounced today that Aaron Bohigian and John
Driscoll have taken on leadership positions in the communities that they serve.
Aaron Bohigian, assistant vice president and associate relationship manager for business banking, has been appointed to the board of directors of Knox Inc., in Hartford, Conn. Knox Inc.is a non-profit with a mission to use horticulture as a catalyst for community engagement by forging partnerships among residents, businesses, and government. It provides leadership to build greener, stronger, healthier, and more beautiful neighborhoods in Hartford.
A resident of Hartford, Bohigian joined Webster in 2014. He also serves on the finance committee for The Open Hearth in Hartford. He is also a resident member of the Business for Downtown Hartford. Bohigian earned his bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University.
John Driscoll, senior vice president and senior relationship manager in Webster Private Bank, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Capital Community College Foundationand to the board of the Justice Education Center.
The Capital Community College Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports Hartford, Conn.-based Capital Community College through donations and volunteer efforts. The foundation works to advance the college as an open-door educational institution and serves as the college's regional advisory council.
The Justice Education Center in Hartford was founded in 1976 to prevent and reduce crime and to improve public safety by creating working partnerships among the government, university systems, and the communities they represent. Its focus ranges from the issues of youth-at-risk to health and wellness, and positive youth development.
A resident of Glastonbury, Driscoll joined Webster in November 2007. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association's Estates and Probate section and of the Sports and Entertainment Law section and serves on the Board of Directors of the UConn Club. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut, his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law and his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law.
