Wecon Holdings Limited Approves Final Dividend for the Year Ended 31 March 2023

Wecon Holdings Limited at its AGM held on 18 August 2023 approved the payment of a final dividend of 1.2 cents per Share for the year ended 31 March 2023 entirely out of the Share Premium Account of the Company and to authorise the Board of the Company to execute the payment of the final dividend.
