Tongling Chenxing Asset Operations Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Zonfa (Tongling) Technology Co., Ltd. from WenYi Trinity Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:600520) for approximately CNY190 million on August 11, 2023. This has been approved in the 13th Meeting of WenYi Trinity Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:600520) 8th Directorate held on August 11, 2023, and is subject to the Shareholders? Approval. As of August 29, 2023, WenYi Trinity Technology Co., Ltd shareholders approved the transaction at ESM held on August 28, 2023.
