Appointment of Auditor

15 January 2021 - White Energy Company Limited (ASX: WEC; OTCQB:WECFF) ("White Energy" or "the Company"), in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, announces that PKF(NS) Audit & Assurance ("PKF") has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

The appointment follows the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and ASIC's consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act").

In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution was approved by shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of the Company's auditor.
