Annual General Meeting Results

27 November 2020 - White Energy Company Limited (ASX: WEC; OTCQB:WECFF) ("White Energy" or "the Company"), announces the results of today's Annual General Meeting.

The results are set out in the attached document, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act.

All resolutions were passed and decided by way of a poll.
