Wihlborgs has signed a ten-year lease with one of Denmark's largest companies for 62,000 square metres at the Girostrøget 1 property in Høje-Taastrup. The lease enters force on 1 May 2024 and the property will be extensively modernised during the lease term. The property's total floor area amounts to 62,000 square metres and includes a basement of 11,600 square metres as well as a top floor of 2,900 square metres.

The property will be given a full renovation prior to the new tenant moving into the premises. Wihlborgs is investing DKK 282 million in the renovation and expects to complete the renovation in the first half of 2025. The current rental value of the property is DKK 42 million, which will rise to DKK 56 million after the renovation.

The property is centrally located in Høje-Taastrup with direct connections to commuter and regional trains as well as the motorway network connecting Høje-Taastrup with the rest of Denmark. In addition to good transportation links, the neighbourhood also offers several nice cafés and shopping opportunities.
